Open Enrollment is Here. CHWP Can Help You Understand Your Options
Health insurance decisions can bring up a lot of questions. Is your current plan still a good fit? What coverage options are available? Where do you begin if you’re enrolling for the first time?
You don’t have to work through those questions alone. Community Health & Wellness Partners (CHWP) offers free, unbiased enrollment assistance to anyone in the community. You do not have to be a current CHWP patient to ask for help.
CHWP’s Certified Application Counselors can help you review and compare Health Insurance Marketplace plans, understand your eligibility and coverage options, and evaluate or update a Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage plan. Whether you’re considering new coverage or taking another look at the plan you already have, they can help you make sense of the information in front of you.
Mark your calendar for the 2026–27 open enrollment periods:
Medicare: October 15–December 7, 2026
Health Insurance Marketplace: November 1, 2026–January 15, 2027
Even if you already have coverage, open enrollment is a good time to review it and ask questions about the year ahead. If you’ve been putting it off because you’re unsure where to begin, we're here to help.
